Production

Made in Iserlohn. We can verify our high quality demands locally at any time. Whether in the foundry or in the further processing - our team manufactures our tubular fittings and client products with the highest care and attention.

Foundry

We use metal casting moulds which were built by our toolmakers for our serial models. Sand castings moulds are used for prototypes and limited productions.

Finishing

After casting the surfaces are finished to a high quality.

Machining

Turning, milling and drilling of the castings.

Powder-coating

The preheated parts are dipped in a powder-bath for a permanent powder-coating.

Assembly

Our team prepares the parts for a quick assembly at the required location.
